Guild Case (Vault)
The Guild Case is your guild’s shared vault. Members put Diamonds, RUUD, Zen and real items into it; Masters and Assistants hand them back out. It lives on the website, at My Account → Guild → Guild Case — the tab on the far right of the guild panel.
Use it to pool jewels for a siege, park spare gear for whoever needs it next, or build a guild treasury that does not depend on one person’s inventory.
Who can do what
| What you ask for | How many pending at once |
|---|---|
| Diamonds | 1 |
| RUUD | 1 |
| Zen | 1 |
| Items | no limit |
Putting things in
Open the Guild Case tab
In the guild panel, the amber Guild Case tab on the right. You will see the guild’s balances at the top and everything stored underneath.
Deposit currency
Each of Diamonds, RUUD and Zen has its own block: type an amount and press Deposit. A confirmation shows exactly what leaves your balance.
Deposit items
Press Deposit Item and pick where they come from:
| Source | Requirement | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Item Bank | Your character must be offline. | Stackable goods you have banked in game — jewels and the like. |
| Inventory | Your character must be offline. | Anything in the character's bag, including both expanded pages. Equipped gear is never touched. |
| Vault | If you are online, the Vault window must be closed. Offline, it does not matter. | The account warehouse, main and extended. |
Choose and confirm
Click the items you want — hover any of them to see the full in-game tooltip with its options. Then confirm; the dialog shows each item again so you can be sure before it becomes guild property.
What the case will not take
Some items are refused on the way in. None of it is arbitrary — each rule stops something from being lost or devalued once it is out of your hands:
| Not accepted | Why |
|---|---|
| Items that cannot be traded | Anything the game will not let you trade, sell in a personal store, or put in your warehouse — [Bound] gear and quest items, mostly. The case is a form of trading, so the same rule applies. |
| Time-limited items | Anything with an expiry on it. It would keep counting down inside the vault and be worthless by the time someone claimed it. |
| Pentagrams with Errtels mounted | Take the Errtels out first, otherwise they are locked away with the Pentagram. |
| 5th Wings with a Wing Core mounted | Same reasoning — remove the Wing Core first. |
Taking things out
Masters take directly
If you are a Master or an Assistant, every item and currency block has a button that hands it over straight away.
Everyone else asks
Members press Request instead. The dialog names the Masters who can approve it, and the amount or item is held aside so nobody else takes it while you wait. You are notified the moment a Master answers, with the reason if it was refused.
Pick where it lands
Before anything is sent, you choose the destination:
| Destination | Requirement | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Gremory Case | Works online or offline. | Not available for items carrying a Jewel of Harmony option. |
| Inventory | Character must be offline. | Needs a free slot of the right shape. |
| Vault | If online, the Vault must be closed. | Needs free space; the extended area must be unlocked to use it. |
| Item Bank | Character must be offline. | Only for items the Item Bank has a slot for — most gear does not. |
How stacks work
Stackable goods — jewels, runes, anything that piles up in one slot — are kept as a single shared pile rather than one entry per deposit. Two members adding 50 Jewels of Bless each leave the guild with one stack of 100.
- Because the pile belongs to the guild rather than to whoever filled it, no depositor name is shown on it. Unique items do keep the name of who brought them.
- A request only holds back the units asked for. If someone requests 20 from a pile of 100, the other 80 stay available to everyone else.
- When the pile comes back out it is split into legal stacks — ask for 120 of something that stacks to 50 and you receive 50 + 50 + 20.
Things that will stop you
- “Your character must be offline.” Log out of the game; the server would otherwise overwrite the change.
- “Close the Vault window.” The game holds the warehouse while it is open.
- A Pentagram with Errtels mounted cannot be stored. Take the Errtels out first, or they would be locked away with it. The same goes for 5th Wings with a Wing Core.
- “This item cannot be traded…” Bound and quest items never leave their owner, so the case cannot hold them either.
- “This item has a time limit.” Items that expire are refused — they would run out while sitting in the vault.
- “That slot changed.” You logged in and moved things while the list was open. Reopen it and try again — nothing was lost.
- “Someone already has a pending request for that item.” A unique item can only be claimed by one person at a time. If it is refused, it becomes available again.
