Your Account Panel
My Account is your control panel: your characters, your settings, your rewards and your guild all live there. This is a tour of what each part does.
The dashboard
Your characters
Every character on your account is shown as a card with its level, resets, stats, current map and whether it is online right now — the cards update by themselves while you watch.
Default character
You can mark one character as your default. That is the character the site uses automatically when you post on the feeds, send a message, or act in your guild — so pick the one you actually play. You can always switch to another character before posting.
Activity log
A history of what happened on your account — logins, purchases, claims. Worth a look if something seems off; it is the fastest way to spot activity that is not yours.
Renaming a character
You can rename a character straight from its card. The rename has strict conditions, and the panel will refuse if any of them is not met:
- The new name is 4 to 10 characters, letters and digits only — no spaces or symbols.
- The name must not already be taken.
- Your account must be offline — fully log out of the game client first.
- The character must not be in a guild. Leave the guild, rename, then rejoin.
- Names that imitate staff (Admin, GM, Staff, Server and similar) are blocked.
Settings
Display name and country
Your display name is what other players see on the site — it is separate from your login name, must be unique, and can be changed whenever you like.
Avatar and cover
Pick an avatar from our gallery or upload your own. Uploads must be an image file and reasonably sized; we resize it automatically. Only your most recent uploads are kept, so older ones are cleaned up for you.
Hide Equipment
Hides your gear on your public character page, so other players cannot inspect what you are wearing. This one is a Premium feature — see Premium for what else is included.
Security
Change your password from Security. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
What else is in there
The sidebar of My Account also gets you to everything else covered in this category:
- Rewards — daily rewards, tasks, achievements, rank rewards.
- Vote — earn Diamonds for voting.
- Guild — your guild page, members and the Guild Case.
- Friends and Messages — add friends and chat. Note that you message as a character, not as an account, so pick the right one before you write.
- Support, Reports and Suggestions — open a ticket, report a player, or propose an idea.
