MarketPlace
The MarketPlace lets you trade with other players through the website — no trade window, no meeting in game, and neither of you has to be online at the same time. You list something, someone buys it, and it is waiting in your storage when you next log in.
How it differs from an in-game store
A personal store in game only works while you are standing there with the client open. The MarketPlace does not need you at all.
- Your listing stays up whether you are online or not.
- The buyer does not have to find you on a map.
- You can sell for Zen, Diamonds, Ruud, jewels and materials — or ask for a specific item in exchange.
The two live side by side. There is a button in the MarketPlace header that shows you what people are selling from their in-game stalls right now, including where they are standing, so you can compare before you buy.
Step one: your Market Storage
Nothing can be sold straight out of your character. Everything goes through Market Storage first — a private chest that belongs to your account and lives on the website.
Open it from the My Market Storage button at the top of the page. Inside you will find four tabs: your Items, your Wallet, My listings, and the Offers waiting for your answer.
To put something in, use Deposit item, pick the character or the vault it is sitting in, and choose it. To take it back out, click it and choose Withdraw.
Your items keep everything
An item deposited here is the same item, not a copy of its stats. Excellent options, sockets, Harmony, Ancient sets, its level and its serial all travel with it and come back exactly as they were.
What cannot be deposited
Your wallet
Alongside items, your storage holds the three currencies plus any jewels and materials you deposit.
Step two: selling
In your storage, click an item and choose Sell on the market. Then decide what you want for it.

Bundles and alternatives — the important difference
There are two ways to combine what you ask for, and they mean opposite things:
- Adding things to one price means they are paid together. “500 Diamonds and 100 Ruud” — the buyer pays both.
- Adding an alternative price means the buyer picks one or the other. “500 Diamonds or 30 Jewel of Bless”.
You can mix the two: two alternatives, each of which is a bundle. On the listing card only the first way to pay is shown, with a note saying how many others there are — the full list appears when a buyer opens it.
Selling coins instead of an item
You can also put up currency and ask for something else: offer 500 Diamonds and ask for Ruud, or offer Zen and ask for jewels. It works the same way, and the coins leave your wallet while the offer is up.
Changing your mind
An active listing can be repriced without taking it down — use Change price under My listings. The item stays listed and keeps its place.
If a buyer was looking at the old price when you changed it, they are asked to reload rather than charged the new one. You cannot raise a price out from under someone mid-purchase.
Take down removes the listing entirely and returns the item to your storage.
Step three: buying
Browse the market, use the filters to narrow by class, type, level or what is being asked for, then press Buy.
The confirmation window lists every way to pay and tells you, for each one, whether you can actually cover it — and if not, exactly what you are short of. Everything in the option you pick is paid together, out of your Market Storage.
The moment the purchase goes through, the item is in your storage. Withdraw it whenever you like.
Offers: proposing something else
If you do not have what a seller is asking for, or you simply want to propose a swap, use Offer something else on any listing.
An offer is the one place you can put up a specific item of your own — your Dragon Axe, with its exact options. A price cannot express that, because “three of that sword” does not identify anything in particular.
You can combine coins, materials and items in a single offer, and add a short message.
Offers you have made and offers waiting on you both live in the Offers tab of your storage. As a seller you can Accept or Decline; accepting completes the trade immediately and everyone else who offered on that listing gets their goods back.
Wanted: asking for something nobody listed
Switch to the Wanted board to post a request instead of a listing. You name what you are looking for and how many, and you put up what you will pay.
Requests cover the currencies, jewels and materials in the list above. Whoever has them clicks I have one, picks from their own storage, and the swap happens.
As with offers, what you put up is held from the moment you post — so anyone filling your request knows the payment is really there.
Limits and timings
Getting your things back into the game
Open your storage, click the item, and choose Withdraw. Pick whether it goes to a character's inventory or to the vault.
- The destination needs free space of the right shape — a 2×3 weapon needs a 2×3 gap, not three loose squares.
- The character must be logged out.
- If there is no room you will be told, and nothing is taken out of storage.
Withdrawing currency works the same way and lands on the character you choose, except Diamonds, which go straight to your account.
If something goes wrong
- “Your account is online” — log the character out and try again.
- “No free space” — make room in the inventory or vault first. Nothing was lost; the item is still in storage.
- “Someone just bought that” — the listing sold while you were looking at it. Nothing was taken from you.
- “The seller changed the price” — reload and check the new one before deciding.
- An item looks stuck — take the listing down, or withdraw the offer holding it, and it returns to storage.
If something still looks wrong, open a support ticket and include what you were doing. Every movement is recorded, so staff can see exactly what happened.
